My name is Alhagie Bakary Jobe. I am currently studying BTEC sport at Kirklees College.
During my time in Valencia I have developed professionally and personally by gaining a wealth of experience in football coaching. I took part in observing Spanish coaches working with young players and I assisted coaches by setting up small coaching skills..
My favourite free time activity was stadium tour, I enjoyed this the most as I would like to be professional footballer and play at similar venues.
During this project I have learnt how to improvise when coaching players that don’t speak the same language as me. It has thought me how to be the adaptable coach, think on my feet and make sure I use different coaching skills such as demonstrations and body language. I have become a more confident individual.
