My name is Anna, I am studying Sports development, coaching at Askham Bryan College.
During my time in Martinique we did many different types of coaching, including, football, bikes, gymnastics. Sometimes we ran the whole session on our own and other times we helped the coach with the training and got the chance to join in with the games.
In the free time, we had the opportunity to learn French, visit a rum distillery museum, go to the beach and many more exciting activities.
Thanks to Erasmus+, professionally I have learnt new techniques to progress my coaching career and I am able to use those techniques with schools within this country. Personally, I feel I have experienced a different culture and what it is like to live in a different country. I am very grateful to of had this amazing experience.
