From supporting wildlife conservation in South Africa to coaching young people in Jamaica, working on submarines and engineering projects in Aruba, and contributing to animal care and sports development, our trainees have been putting their skills into practice in some truly unique environments.

Through the Turing Scheme, Everything is Possible provides young people with opportunities to gain meaningful international work experience, discover new cultures and develop skills that can have a lasting impact on their education, careers and personal development.

Behind every project is a different journey. Our trainees have learned new technical and professional skills, grown in confidence and independence, adapted to unfamiliar working environments and collaborated with people from different cultures and backgrounds. At the same time, they have made valuable contributions to the schools, organisations, businesses and communities that welcome them.

But who better to explain the impact of these opportunities than the trainees themselves?

Below, you can discover a series of videos in which our participants share their projects in their own words: what they did, what they learned, the challenges they embraced and the experiences they will take home with them.

We are incredibly proud of what they have achieved and grateful to our international partners for the support, expertise and opportunities they provide to our participants.

Most importantly, we would like to thank the Turing Scheme programme of the UK government for co-funding these projects and helping us give young people the opportunity to learn, grow and gain invaluable international experience.

Watch their stories below and discover the impact of a Turing Scheme project through the people who experienced it.
